The meeting was chaired by Mr ALLADOUM Désiré NANDOGORANG, COTCO’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, and attended by Ms NDELENODJI Alixe NAIMBAYE, Chad’s Minister of Petroleum, Mines and Geology, and Mr Jean-Paul SIMO NJONOU, COTCO’s General Manager.

The following shareholder representatives took part in the session: Ms Judith MENGUELE, from the Cameroon Ministry of Finance; Mr MBAIRARI BARI Henri, from the General Tax Directorate of Chad; Mr Lamine BRAHIMI ALI, Director of Exploration and Production; and Mr Abdelkerim NASSOUR, Director of Finance and Accounting, from the Chad Hydrocarbons Company (SHT).

In addition, other key figures from the Chadian oil sector were also present, including Mr Hamit ABDELGUEOU, General Manager of the Tchad Oil Transportation Company (TOTCO), which operates the Chadian section of the Chad-Cameroon pipeline.

This meeting enabled participants to conduct an in-depth review of COTCO’s major strategic orientations, with a particular focus on the project to replace the Komé-Kribi 1 (FSO) maritime terminal, a key infrastructure for the transport of Chadian crude oil.

The Minister’s presence at these proceedings is a sign of the Chadian Government’s renewed commitment to supporting the development projects of the Chad-Cameroon pipeline, in a spirit of cooperation and shared management.
