Following his appointment on 11 May 2026 as General Manager of the Chad Petroleum Company (TPC), he has become de facto Chairman of the COTCO Board of Directors, succeeding Alladoum Désiré Nandongar.

A financial engineer by training, he previously served as Chad’s Minister for the Economy. He has over 20 years’ experience in finance and economics within major international and pan-African organisations.

His financial expertise and experience are valuable assets for managing and implementing COTCO’s major ongoing projects, such as purchasing a new maritime terminal and replacing the link arms at the Kome-Kribi 1 maritime terminal.
